Return & Exchange Conditions

To initiate a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The request is made within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • The item is in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, including our 100% recyclable protective materials, is intact.
  • For plants: They should show no signs of neglect or damage beyond the natural acclimation period.
  • You have your original order number and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of our botanical community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Live Plants & Specimens: All Houseplants, Terrarium plants, Moss, Bonsai, and Species due to their perishable nature and biosecurity considerations for our global community.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any products that have been customized or personalized at your request.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such at the time of purchase.

Receive Authorization & Instructions

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return. Please do not ship any items without this authorization.

Package & Ship

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship it to our Los Angeles hub:
