🛒 Products, Orders & Payment

Product Information & Descriptions

We strive to accurately display the colors, details, and sizes of our products (e.g., Mini | under 20 cm, Extra Large | >130 cm). However, slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

Order Process & Acceptance

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount (including shipping and taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement. Your card may be authorized temporarily at checkout.

We are not responsible for currency conversion fees or international transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

📦 Shipping, Delivery & International Orders

We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other specified regions. By placing an order, you confirm your shipping address is within our service area.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by you.

International Customers: Important Note

You are the importer of record. Any customs duties, taxes (like VAT or GST), or import fees levied by your country are your sole responsibility. We cannot advise on these charges. Refusal of a shipment due to these fees will be treated as a standard return, with original shipping costs non-refundable.

Eligibility Window

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable and sensitive nature, the following are final sale:

  • All live plants (Houseplants, Terrarium plants, Moss, Bonsai, Species).
  • Personalized or custom items.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Condition & Process

Items must be unused, in resalable condition, with all original packaging. You must contact [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrbanJngl and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
